All three promoted clubs will struggle.

Fulham have the best chance, but I think they're way too open for the Prem, and could ship a lot of goals. They will need to change and adapt, but probably have cash to splash.

Bournemouth look poor, worse than when they came down, and Forest, bless them, much though I hope they do great, will stink the place out unless they have a miraculous transfer window.

I only really see Brentford and Leeds struggling next year. Assuming Leeds lose a star or two, and Brentford lose Eriksen (which I think they will). Maybe Southampton are heading the wrong way too, but I think they have a squad with plenty enough - for now. Otherwise, it looks like a Prem with very few dogs**t teams. I could easily see the three promoted teams going straight back down.
