Does anyone have experience enforcing restrictive covenants?
My neighbour has been parking on the shared access in front of his house which means I have to squeeze past to get into my drive.
He's recently started leaving one of his cars poking out the end of his drive as well which limits my access even more.
He's now bought a massive camper van that takes up 3/4 of the length of his drive. Meaning he can't park either car without encroaching on the shared access.
The restrictive covenants prohibit both parking on the shared access and parking a caravan or camper vans.
