I think there should a second windfall tax, on them. And on anyone they happen to give it to. And we should set up a huge computer and loads of people to run it (all from home; don't want to trouble them too much) - but of course, I suppose their wages would be a bit of a windfall too, in the circs, so they can hand that over? Or maybe just not be paid it in the first place? Even better, everything would be free.

Bloody complicated this economics stuff.
