He's had a chance to evaluate who he rates. Hopefully most of those will stay. Let the loans go, shift one or two, one or two in. People need to calm down a bit.
There's the nucleus of a bloody good championship side there for me.

Adversity builds character. I think he's gonna suprise us next year.
