And we have been completely unable to nurture it? Somehow taken a potential star and broken him. Shouldn't we be doing the opposite? Rather than f**king the careers of wonderkids, taking those who have potential and maximising it? To what extent can we attract rising talent if we transion from the Aarons to Barcelona / Cantwell worth 40 mil through to trashing careers of those with great promise?
