OG might know more but think there’s been a preliminary judgment

To the effect that saying ‘it was RV’s account’ would be understood by normal people to mean she was saying RV sent it

So the case seems to be about whether RV knew about/authorised the post.

Such a shame a possibly incriminating phone was dropped in the sea (and a tablet trodden on by a horse???!)
