Yars agoo I sat through a game with Delia & Michael

and was stunned at her lack of understanding of football. Even the basic old offside rule. They just want a "nice young man" to do the footy side while they enjoy their hobby of a football club. When we have success that way of working is great but when the power goes to the "nice mans" head, and lets face it they all lose the plot eventually, they have no football people to turn to in order to make the decision to get rid of him.....then who do they ask about a replacement with their total lack of knowledge of the modern game??
