I think the fact that Delia and co

Were/are so dependent on Webber was also a big issue. Feels like he's able to act unchecked (I said this at the time of farke' s sacking which is when I think it became clear). I still think the sacking was the point at which Webber cracked - the last act of a man knowing he's frigged things up royally- feels a bit like he was lashing out.
