How many decent players in the top two divisions are actually on a PAYP deal ?

If it's more than 3 I'd be surprised. Think the PAYP is a fan's idealistic wish - I can't see many players / agents agreeing to it, except for the really desperate (and therefore, not the type of player we should be after).
