Got one on Monday but

it was wrong. A month or so ago I moved my seat for next season but the direct debit printout showed the old seat and old monthly amounts. A lengthy phone call (you are number 26 in the queue) established that the statement was indeed wrong due to the accounts department having a big backlog to get through and that I should ignore what they’d sent me. Helpful.
