i shouldn't really but i lug into some of the russian telecons

and it is a right old s**tshow, one lad reckons half his unit have severe frostbite and he'd rather be in chechnya, also his unit got strafed by their own planes and to cap it off they've been rolling around buttf**k ukraine with all their cargo 200 with them. that big 40 mile convoy holed up outside kiev is still largely there they just managed to sneak into the woods but is out of supplies. the supply trucks/tanks/armour are mostly old mothballed kit that has been sat on tank parks for years and years with zero routine maintenance so is falling to bits. the logistic supply trucks have the facility for the operator to reduce the tyre pressures from the cab so they can move across boggy ground but as soon as they deflate the tyre walls shatter because they left them sat on the vehicle parks. there was a bit on the news the other night that they have been issued fist field dressings they were over 40 years old. if they got them issued at all. not saying they won't be any good but it's a good indicator of how s**t their kit is. trouble is they are numerically superior and the commanders don't give a f**k. check this maniac out User Posted Link no wonder they are driving over their commanders.
