The share value is meaningless - it'll be what someone is prepared to pay.

Any minority shares are effectively worthless.

Any combining to a controlling stake would likely be in the £20M - £50M bracket.

Struggle to see how any other reading would work. The suggestions on the thread seem financially illiterate
