Clean slate for everyone complete rebuild and re structuring needed.

We do have some gifted and talented players but for the life of me I can't see or understand how we can't get them to gel. Farke and smith have both failed.

Really don't want dean smith next season.
A slow start or bad performances he will be gone, so just cut ties now or upon relegation. He tried no hard feelings.
