These teams aren't packed with world class players. Or players worth 20 odd million in every position.

It's the mind set of our leadership,I wouldn't blame the running of the club on our performances.

I think dean smith will leave in the summer personally.

If he doesn't I expect us to sign some premiership/championship journey men to toughen us up a bit.

We are just so weak and small in every position the whole club needs a complete restructuring from training to games.

Which compared to years when we were told we would have an identity of play, that's been abandoned this season. And the only thing that's similar is we will continue to sell our best players.
