Allegedly Putin nicked some penguins when on a previous visit to Scotland
Story on Forth one (local SE Scotland radio station) this morning that when he was here on a diplomatic mission when a junior minister. They were visiting a factory in Prestonpans and he walked out with the biscuits in his pocket!
