Nice avoidance of the question. The fact is that calling someone a c**t isn't likely to

solve too many diplomatic crises, but it is a healthy way of releasing some frustration. People wanted him out because the results were poor, but it's his frankly offensive remarks in some post-match interviews that have reduced people to that kind of insult, however unhelpful it might be.
