Can't see anything that's changed as a result of this interim version. And the full version will be some weeks. As any fule know, Boris will make a raft of policy announcements and shuffle his team a bit. That will kind of be that. It's not even clear to me if the 54 letters go in that Boris loses the confidence motion.
