At Reading 97 I watched the Manics piss me off for an hour with

pretentious slogans on tv screens with overly political crap .

I walked off and went into another tent to find Eels covering 'Damn I wish I was your lover' with E singing whilst playing drums, with the drummer playing guitar.

They were such a laugh. Left and walked into another tent and watched the Beavis and Butt-Head movie with about 1000 others
