This time round (I spose) he might instead say that his treatment at the detention centre was "inhumane" (or whatever - there are v many who say the same thing - see eg User Posted Link and though most who are subject to this treatment are penniless/powerless, Djokovic is certainly not - he could spend a fortune gathering evidence - meaning that whether he wins or loses, he'll shed light on something the Aussies would probably rather not talk about. They won't be able to settle - because it'll open the floodgates - and if they fight, they might actually lose (though nowhere near 3.2m) - so actually, it has the potential to be quite a big problem for them (maybe what's in the mind of a scheming advisor and a rich and exceptionally f**ked off client.)
