Is there any point in spending money now?

This team needs more than a player or two, a sticking plaster.

It would probably take at least four players of genuine Prem quality, with Prem experience, to make any realistic difference, and we can't afford that. And they wouldn't come here anyway.

After games in hand have been played, we'll probably be at least 6 points adrift. We're not making that up are we? Would take an absolute miracle to stay up now.
