just some random event, he spent most of the game in his propeller hat making hand gestures to the City fans whilst his mate filmed him, people around him seemed to know what was going on. The Charlton stewards turned a blind eye, concentrating on looking for people vaping rather than sorting him out. Defo a youtuber/insta person whatever they are called!

But yes, very poor on their part, could have been a nutter, took an age for a steward to get on the pitch.
