Mortgages
I'm hoping someone might be able to help me and avoid me having to pay some £££s to a mortgage broker...
I'm trying to find out some mortgage lenders that will base the amount they lend on a company director's share of retained profits, rather than simply on income as per tax return.
I know that Coventry Building Society are one such lender, I don't suppose that anyone on here is aware of any others?
Many thanks in advance for any help that may be given. Also, I've tried a GIYLF but my search just returns pages for a load of mortgage brokers rather than the lenders themselves.
