And in any case, as Cardiff says, if anyone still doesn't want to have a vaccine (ignoring any medical reasons), I don't see it as in anyway unreasonable for those people to have to live within restrictions.

Certainly shouldn't be the majority living in restrictions as a consequence of the minority that refuse to be vaccinated.
