Except you can't separate them

Having players out is part and parcel of the game. We never seem able to accommodate those absences - which suggests the simple idea of having backup in every position doesn't work, because that backup doesn't seem to be able to slot in and do the same thing. Might not expect them to do it as well, but we go from a 'second choice' to a wtf is going on scenario. I mean, last night people were devastated because Rupp was unavailable, and yet in most games, most people seem devastated if he is available.
