for the benefit of the Mirror readership it's not the actual Fray Bentosian version which appears to contain baked beans, succulent sausage, bacon and black pudding all stuffed into a delicious puff pastry sadly. how and ever, the more adventurous breakfast busting buccaneer could go the extra mile and slip a tasty home cooked fried egg underneath the delicious puff pastry crust that has been cooked to a lovely golden brown, rustling like an autumn leaf. hmmm hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
