Taking an unbiased view the lapped cars were only in front of Verstappen because Red Bullies chose to pit him for fresh tyres which actually gave him an unfair advantage.

The unlapping rule needs to be scrapped as it effectively gives anyone who pits an advantage. In a normal pit stop those cars would have unlapped themselves whilst he was in the pits.
