And looking at the scorecard...
Top order complete failure (bar one), bailed out, in part again by our 6-8.
Poor decision on the toss, punditry already questioning our *bowling* selection...??? Let's also be fair, the preparation inevitably means we're undercooked.
Plus sides - Not much pitch wear, conditions likely to be similar tomorrow morning. Hameed and Pope looking better than the 'old' names.
Not much to change my long held view that our management isn't up to much and that focus needs to be on sorting the batting.
Buttler for captain for me. Time for a freshen up.
