I’ve had them a few times…

They have chickens one side, ducks the other…total rat magnets. Only cure is snap traps with chocolate or peanut butter. They’re often smart enough to ignore poison.

The bad news is there’s rarely one of them. They pee as they walk so leave a trail for a partner. When they start breeding you’re in a world of s**t. Assume you’re got at least two. And find out how they got in. Try under the eaves of your roof - they’ll climb walls to sneak in there.
