my Jack Hargreaves Thursday WW2 FACT
He was Montgomery's comms officer during the D Day landings. He joined the Royal Artillery as a Pte Soldier, he was eventually commissioned into the Royal Tank Regiment leaving the Service after the war inn the substantive rank of Maj having spent a brief stint as acting Lt Col.
