The recruitment looks off in this area. Normann has looked great but isn’t really the sit in anchor type we clearly need. We can’t afford to be without him for too many matches as it will hurt us badly.

Doesn’t look like Smith has seen enough in Sorenson to use him it remains a real weak spot in the squad.

I really like Williams and his attitude but that loan could maybe be better utilised.
