Right have I missed something. Premier league chief Richard Masters has used Norwich as a example of clubs consulting their fans on decisions. Saying that
"Last week Norwich brought forward to change their crest, they did so in huge consultation with their support base"
When did this happen? Because the first I heard of the change was in the last week or so.
