My daughter is half Serb, FWIW.
The lockdowns there included weekend long curfews, with proof of vaccinations to enter bars/restaurants. I understand infection rates are falling. Most "western" thinking Serbs have been double dosed, but there is still a lot of anti-vaccine feeling.
