No, Cantwell and Gilmour shouldn't play together

Cantwell adds nothing if Gilmour is playing. Gilmour, Cantwell & Rashica together are too lightweight while Sargent actually adds something different - a physical presence and aggression - that this team is desperately desperately short of.
