I think ultimately it’s incredibly difficult to compare a job done at Chelsea with Norwich
The clubs are completely different in every aspect from expectation, pressure, budget, exposure, playing talent, tactics needed etc. In the same way it’s incredibly difficult to compare a very successful but very small club in Norway to Norwich. They’re completely different jobs.
