That's an extraordinary thing to say.

My point, reasonably made, is that numerous posters have conflated dislike for Frank Lampard with a widespread distaste for his politics. This is a nonsense, there is no evidence of that and I'm trying to dampen the political discourse not inflame it!

Ben has sought to cut out the politics and I entirely agree that it toxifies conversations on here. If I've made more than two or three politically driven posts on here in the last year I'd be incredoibly surprised - absolutely dwarfed by the volume from others anyway - but perhaps you know, and can show, better.
