They got to the play off final, I’d say that’s not terrible for a first season. He didn’t put Derby in admin, their off the field accounting did.

First season in charge of Chelsea, brought in some youth players who are now part of the England setup whilst not being able to do any signings. We are not Chelsea and don’t have a need to be competing in the world elite.

If you’re a young player, who are you going to listen to. Someone who won things at the top level, or someone who has come from the Norwegian league where even Ole has been succesful
