In all seriousness, why Frank Lampard?

I hope it's all a wind up.

Literally failed in the Champs with a big budget (and helped put them into Admin)
Failed in the PL where the next manager turned virtually the same squad into world beaters.

I'm just not seeing it?

Somebody give me a reasonable argument why he should even be in the final 3?
