Good point Jim.
The decision was obviously based on the must win game against Leeds. The logic makes sense. Those moaning about the optics need to remember there is never a good time. Daniel will be compensated and if we had gone down I suspect he would not have remained anyway. Better to go after a successful promotion than have another relegation on his CV
