I don't think it is spot on

we are looking to outgrow our current dimension and we are aspiring to the next level. We are just doing so with poor owners.

We still charge the fans extortionate prices for tickets and membership schemes. We've had betting sponsors for most of the last few years and would have had this year had it not been for a fan backlash. We're also spending as much as we can on inflated transfer fees - albeit not very well.

So we are trying to become established at the next level and are trying to maximise our financial revenue in the pursuit of improvement. We're not being run as a community club like Athletic Bilbao or Dortmund, where results are not the be all and end all.

The only difference between us and other clubs in the Prem and Championship, is that our owners are not injecting any money.
