It's easy to moan about Webber's recruitment, but it was always going to be an impossible task to replace those two once it became clear Emi was going and Skipp wasn't coming back.

With the budget we had, and rightly pointed out the other day (by Wilder, wasn't it?), that our wage budget is also a big limitation, it was never going to be easy to sign experience PL players.

Not saying that we have got the recruitment right, but what Goodman is saying there is a big simplification of the mistakes that we've made.
