when you open a crab

there is a sac (yes it IS spelt like that), which you remove cos it's poisonous. And there are the 'bishop's fingers' which are really not nice. Then there is the white meat (in the top shell and in the claws) which is used for stuffed crabs and things. Everything else is pulverised to make crab sticks.
