I think every single fan would have said we need a strong, athletic player to sit in front of the defence.

And yet twice now they’ve failed to do it. I suppose Amadou was meant to be that player but he was discarded after one bad game playing out of position. I actually thought we looked quite good in the other game he played CM v Arsenal.
