Has been excellent for example. Took him off in a game in which he was being skinned but has worked him back in, and he looks really good - with normann I think he's the best ball player in the team. As you say, these are young players from different countries, different standards and styles- people are living in a total dream world if they think they're going to settle and gel overnight
