Tzolis, Rashica, Todd, Gilmour

With the first two we're clearly still in the process of getting them integrated into the team and used to the pace and demands of the Prem.

We've been told Todd had had personal issues to deal with and, particularly as we're still in the middle of a pandemic with all the associated fallout from that in myriad ways, I don't really feel the need to question that (managing a large team at work, there is still loads of stuff bubbling under that other members of the team aren't aware of in people's personal lives - can't see why footy would be different)

Gilmour is clearly more familiar with the demands of playing at this level, although I'm not sure he's up to speed with what is needed from him in this team. And still needs to get in tune with his new teammates.

We've had massive churn, there are signs that things are starting to gel.

With Farke's track record I'm more than happy to trust him with regards to the best way to integrate a young and promising player like Tzolis and to know when to play Rashica.

They're high transfer fees from us (though not at all for this level) - the last thing I'd want to see is him playing them because of the fees, simply to have their confidence battered by the crowd getting on their back.

Not a criticism of the fans either, just that different players take different amounts of time to settle.

Let's hang in there (after all this squad churn) and see how things develop.
