It wasn’t clear that Todd *wasn’t* obstructing Schmeichel, so because of that, the decision doesn’t get overturned.

I agree with you about the action itself, he wasn’t interfering and wasn’t really blocking his view, so the lino shouldn’t have flagged, which he did.
