If you ever want to look up the dangers of a chemical or ingredient...... Look for the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or if you are older like me Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

So in this case you would search

SDS monosodium glutamate

Some important info are the LD50 info , which is the dose to kill 50% of test animals.

Its best to look at this first before looking at a web page on the internet which may or may not be full of s**t.
