I saw this

on one of the shall we say, more right wing mouthpiece vox on YouTube yesterday. The comment section was rather interesting. Thing is, if the licensing people say you have to do something like this what the heck are the people who run the pub supposed to do? It's a daft, strange situation we are in. No-one is forced to go to any pub they don't want to. And aren't there all sorts of rules you have to abide by to go into shops and businesses even after Monday?
