As SCC and Jame Sward say, cases aren't the big story any more. And hospitalisations have been fairly flat at around 200 a day for more than a week.

not to say things won't worse, but you definitely have to look well beyond just case numbers now. We're not going to lockdown or close pubs because a lot of kids get Covid.
