I was in hospital after an accident during the last euros so I don't think I was very preoccupied with our draw then.

Of course we'll probably lose to someone. Very possibly Germany on Tuesday.

My point isn't that we're guaranteed to win the tournament or anything like that - of course I'm not saying that, and suggesting I am is just a classic straw man tactic.

I'm just pointing out that the draw is quite unbalanced - most of the strongest teams are in one half. Someone in our half will get an easier route to the final - might be us, might be the Germans, might be someone else.
