Meh, management structures bend and change
Depending on the personnel.
Unless they are looking to find someone with the exact same skill set, this is exactly the right time to take stock of who does what and evolve.
Can't say I'm concerned at all about the changes at the club on or off the pitch at the moment. They got the big sale in quickly giving us plenty of time to plan and further reducing any pressure to sell Max or anyone else (not saying we won't, just that there's even less financial pressure on that front, not to be underestimated in a pandemic).
It's also really early in the off season. For the last four years the club haven't normally telegraphed when we're buying players or making staff changes. That we haven't heard anything is a world away from thinking that :
There's no plan
Things are coming apart at the seams.
